Sales and Territory Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Territory Manager to join our team at Titan Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and data to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience in the weighing industry, capital equipment industry, or stone crusher plant/RMC plant/earth moving equipment sales/construction equipment sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and sales techniques.
