Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Finishing Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional finishing services.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and quality control.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    • Direct all aspects of the finishing process for single projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
    • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality control, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful completion.
    • Collaborate with design, production, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers, providing guidance on finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure consistent high-quality finishing standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the finishing process, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
    • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes and implementing best practices.
  • Materials & Resources Management:
    • Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of materials required for finishing work, coordinating closely with procurement teams.
    • Ensure the correct materials are used, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and proactively resolve challenges to prevent delays.
    • Develop innovative solutions to technical or logistical problems, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of project status, budgets, and timelines.
    • Prepare and present project details to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
