Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive the success of our software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Lead a team of UI/frontend developers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/frontend development, preferably with a strong background in React as a front-end development framework.
  • Hands-on experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies and toolsets (e.g. jQuery, Sass).
  • Able to write front-end code that is cross-browser and cross-device friendly, through responsive or adaptive techniques.
  • Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
  • Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
