Job Title: Senior Production Lead

Role Overview:

  • The senior production lead will oversee a vertical of end-to-end production processes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, guaranteeing delivery, budget control, and adherence to company standards.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and empower a team of producers, fostering professional growth and effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
