Job Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to foster collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

  • Serve as a change agent, promoting Agile principles and driving cultural transformation within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, product owners, and senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with PSM2 or similar qualification considered a plus.
  • Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scum.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, DevOps practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment.
