Transformational Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Agile Coach to spearhead our organization's Agile transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions to promote understanding and adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels, ensuring successful implementation and scalability.
  • Assess team maturity and provide actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles into daily work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, applying your expertise to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Software Development.
  • Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, ACP).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Knowledge of Lean and DevOps principles.
