Job Title: Agile Team Lead and Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Agile Team Lead and Business Solutions Analyst to join our organization.

This role involves leading high-performing teams through the implementation of Agile methodologies, as well as working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Removing impediments and fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Tracking and communicating team metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Developing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services
  • A strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
