Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

This role will lead agile ceremonies, ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or scrum master in healthcare IT. They have strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, identifying strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Drive project execution with agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Proven experience in agile methodology.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or scrum master in healthcare IT.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).
