We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Specialist to join our high-performing technology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, gathering and analyzing complex business requirements to translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • They will conceptualize architectural frameworks and design end-to-end integration projects that meet the needs of global clients across industries.
  • Our ideal candidate will design and manage data flows using ETL tools or data loaders, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • As a Senior Technical Specialist, they will architect and develop large-scale Salesforce applications with a focus on B2B Commerce Cloud, driving business growth through scalable solutions.
  • They will lead solution design, estimation, and technical consulting activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Our ideal candidate will evaluate quality deliverables through coding best practices and integration standards, ensuring exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, as they will work closely with global client stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional groups.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience, including B2B Commerce Cloud, is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Salesforce development (Visualforce, Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Lightning) is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and Salesforce governor limits is necessary for effective data management.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable architectures and complex application integrations is crucial for delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems and CI/CD practices is also required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce Certifications (Developer, B2B Commerce, Architect tracks) are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, and CloudCraze B2B is beneficial for advanced Salesforce development.
