Web Development Team Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished web developer with a passion for team leadership. They will have strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development, as well as excellent project management and communication abilities.

 About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires the candidate to lead a team of web developers. The successful applicant will have experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Project Ownership & Delivery: End-to-end ownership of website and web app projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 web developers.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as technical lead and client-facing SPOC for web-related projects.
 Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, performance marketing, and branding.
  4. Identify areas for improvement, implementing process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
 Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or project management role.
  • Expertise in front-end and back-end development, including React.js, Node.js, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
