Senior Education Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Team Manager to lead a team of Education Counsellors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, talent development, and driving business growth in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales performance and meet monthly targets.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor and report on team progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on leads and existing accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the use of CRM tools to track client interactions and conversion ratios. They will also conduct regular reporting of team performance to senior management, provide training and mentorship to the team, and identify new business opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:- Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding performance.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
