Key Role: Senior Associate

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.

  • You will communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
  • Counselling will be done in both modes; face-to-face and via calling assigned leads.
  • You are expected to achieve 100% of monthly assigned calling and admission targets.
Student Support Services

You will provide support to students post-admission by understanding and addressing their queries and challenges.

  • You will manage detailed records of student queries and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Fee Management

You will be responsible for calling and following up with students for fee collection as per guidelines shared by the central team.

  • You will ensure timely and accurate communication with students/parents regarding their fees dues and relevant information.
