Job Title

A key member of the Sales Operations team, based in our Bangalore office in India.

This role will involve managing a fast-paced queue of support requests and driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.

The Business Systems Specialist will be responsible for assigning, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, and ClosePlan.

Additionally, this role will involve managing access and visibility-related issues and assisting with documentation of best practices and usage.

Excellent time management skills, along with strong team player skills and service-oriented attitude are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 8+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.

Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.

Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus.

Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
