Job Title: Agile Team Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile team lead to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

As an Agile team lead, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. You will also guide teams in Agile adoption by ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project plans
    • Timelines
    • Resource allocation
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks
    • Remove impediments
    • Ensure timely delivery
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and report on project progress
    • Sprint velocity
    • Team performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus
