Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technical project leader to manage cross-functional teams in delivering impactful projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project leadership, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
