Job Title:

Senior Technical Design Manager

Responsibilities
  • Driving the strategic leadership and oversight of all electrical and mechanical design functions within the technical office
  • Ensuring technical excellence, process standardization, and alignment with organizational goals for transformer product development
  • Defining and executing the overall design strategy for electrical and mechanical disciplines, aligned with business goals and innovation priorities
  • Leading design governance to ensure compliance with international standards, quality, and sustainability objectives
  • Collaborating with R&D and executive leadership to guide product development and integrate new technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10-12 years of proven design experience in dry type or cast resin transformers
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills
  • Change management and transformation leadership abilities
  • Able to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, while driving innovation in design, materials, and processes for improved efficiency and reliability
Additional Information
