Lead Transformation Initiatives

As a seasoned leader in innovation, you will spearhead cross-functional transformation initiatives, driving milestone realization and fostering stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps for clients in customer service/technology domains.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management, business owners, and process leads to communicate strategic objectives and drive project execution.
  • Work alongside consultants to analyze feasibility and impact of transformation projects across multiple service lines.
  • Identify emerging technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.
Profile and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of change management experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Expertise in driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Familiarity with transformation/process re-engineering principles, including RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, and Lean/Six Sigma.
  • A strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
