We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
