Are you a technical expert looking for a challenging role in customer support?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Document and track customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide training and support to customers on product usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
