We are seeking a seasoned Workday Support Expert to provide exceptional support for the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality L2/L3 support for Workday users, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) to understand business requirements and provide effective Workday solutions.
  • Support configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Provide targeted training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and audit regulations.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, Time Tracking).
  • Proven experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Previous experience supporting Australian payroll and compliance is highly desirable.
