We are seeking a skilled Workday professional to provide functional and technical support for our clients.

Job Description

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of Workday platforms, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support for Workday users, addressing incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations and business processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and provide effective Workday solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management to drive business success.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures) to enhance user experience.
  • Provide user training and guidance as needed to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, Time Tracking).
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with a customer-centric approach.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively within remote teams.
  • Prior experience supporting Australian payroll and compliance is highly desirable.
