
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues using existing knowledge base and SOP documents.
- Provide customers with bug progress summaries using available tools and platforms.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting experience: diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Support experience: familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL principles.
- Typing skill: 60-80 WPM.
Preferred Skills:
- 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk.
- Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet).
- Google Workspace Administrator certification is an advantage.
