About This Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support experiences.

You will work closely with customers to understand their issues, employ various diagnostic tools to isolate the root cause, and provide timely resolutions through different technologies such as web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build trust, show empathy, and communicate effectively with customers.

In addition to providing exceptional customer support experiences, you will play a key role in contributing input across business units regarding process and product improvements due to your unique perspective when working on technical issues for customers.

To achieve this, you must have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionalities, and be proficient in using various troubleshooting tools.
