Bid Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead our end-to-end tender and bid process management. As a key member of our team, you will ensure complete tender evaluation and development of high-quality proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tender procurement process, tender document referral and assessment, opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal submission for government tenders.
  • Develop and execute bid documentation, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication, and pricing information.
  • Participate in tender and bid submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager, or a similar role, preferably in India, in the government vertical.
  • Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management.
  • Proficiency in using bid management software and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and industry-specific bid requirements (if applicable).
