Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive to oversee tendering and bid management activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end bid management, including technical write-ups, cost estimation, subcontracting, joint ventures, client liaisoning, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tenders for Oil and Gas sectors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Identify relevant tenders through various resources, staying up-to-date with bidding processes.
  • Coordinate with teams, maintaining relationships with clients and external parties.
  • Liaise with customers, generating reports, and achieving targets from tenders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience in bidding/tendering.
  • Overall 10-15 years of experience, with an MBA preferred.
  • Strategic ability, good writing and calculation skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Tender preparation and submission.
  • Bid management and coordination.
  • Client relationship maintenance.
  • Target achievement and reporting.
