This business development associate role is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition through strategic lead generation and sales outreach
- Manage a sales pipeline and foster relationships with clients to close new deals
- Provide expert guidance on accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation services to US clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector
- Proven expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and providing initial financial consultations to potential clients
- Familiarity with financial software and technology to effectively communicate value propositions
