Client Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive business growth and expansion. The Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and delivering successful corporate events and experiential marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by achieving sales targets through corporate and brand event deals.
  • Acquire new clients in the FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead proposal and pitch leadership, creating winning presentations, proposals, and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end event delivery, including logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong network of corporate connects with marketing and procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing, and budgeting know-how.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools and software is a plus.
