As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. The key to achieving this goal is through strategic workforce planning that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Sourcing & Management
  • Sources and attracts top talent from various markets, geographies, and industries.
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
End-to-End Recruitment Process
  • Leverages expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding to deliver high-quality hires.
  • Fosters relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Builds and maintains strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • Conducts ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Enhances employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Delivers an exceptional candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).
  • Provides regular insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
