Role Overview:

The Head of HR will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the people agenda across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with labour laws and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Strategic Leadership*: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

- *Talent Management*: Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development

- *Culture & Engagement*: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

- *Compliance & Governance*: Ensure adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies

- *Performance & Rewards*: Design and manage performance appraisal systems and compensation frameworks

- *HR Operations*: Lead HR teams across functions including payroll, benefits, and employee relations

- *Change Management*: Support organizational transformation and change initiatives

- *Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners
