Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. You will oversee the talent acquisition process and employee development, ensuring seamless integration into our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new hires to ensure a smooth transition
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive employee growth and development
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and respected

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruitment, performance management, and payroll

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and good judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
