
Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned corporate banking professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Product Development: Structure and propose new products to existing clients and acquire new clients by leveraging market trends and customer needs.">
- Account Management: Originate and execute corporate banking related products, including assets, debt capital markets, foreign exchange, and trade services to meet client requirements.">
- Cross-Selling: Penetrate groups across banking products, including salary and privilege loans to increase revenue streams.">
- Business Development: Develop a deeper understanding of business needs, create detailed account plans, and present to group companies across locations to drive business growth.">
- Networking: Network internally with credit, legal, and operations teams, as well as externally with customers and structuring solutions to build strong relationships.">
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key persons in groups, acquire new customers, and build client confidence through proactive engagement and solution-oriented approach.">
- Solution Orientation: Be solution-oriented, proactive, and alert in spotting opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.">
- Market Trends: Anticipate market trends pertinent to the target customer group to stay ahead of the competition.">
- Integrity: Maintain a culture of integrity at the workplace by making decisions that abide by the highest moral ethics.">
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with legal and banking regulations and policies to suggest corrective measures for self and team.">
