Our organization seeks a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies to source top talent.
You will exercise a high degree of creativity, near- and long-term vision, business acumen, and organizational skills to drive results. Your ability to advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process is crucial.
A healthy pipeline of qualified candidates is essential for steady growth. You will review resumes and credentials for relevance to position requirements and build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR team members.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on our company culture, mission, and expectations. Extend job offers to selected candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to drive success. Act as a career counselor to internal and external candidates, guiding them through the process and providing advice on potential future paths within our organization.
Develop and deliver our message of opportunity, success, diversity, and potential to candidates and prospects. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
Basic Qualifications- Doctorate degree OR
- Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience.
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience at the professional and management team level.
- Experience delivering results by creating, implementing, and driving executive or functional recruitment processes while exhibiting subject matter expertise to influence executives and other business leaders or decision makers.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and delivering complex offers including a thorough understanding of various compensation levers and company benefits.
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) tools such as Eightfold, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI sourcing technologies.
- Leadership and relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, cross-functional partners, HR, and executive support staff.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment, uses analytical approach and has ability to think proactively and strategically throughout the recruitment and negotiation process.
- Communication and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and eloquent manner.
