The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR operations and analytics, as well as strong technical skills, including proficiency in Workday, Beamery, and Power BI.
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required. Certification in project management, lean, six sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement global talent management processes to increase efficiency, automation, and user experience
- Oversee talent management systems, drive harmonization, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with digital teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent execution of talent management programs, including performance management and succession planning
- Implement legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements per country, ensuring alignment with global policies while staying updated on industry trends
- Leverage analytics to monitor program success, optimize operations, and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee external talent-related vendors and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Develop and deliver training, support system/process changes, and foster a data-driven, high-performance culture
- Lead talent-related initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure seamless alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or operations
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- HR & Talent Management Expertise - Deep understanding of Talent Management programs, HR operations, and analytics in complex organizations
- Technology & AI Proficiency - Experience with Workday, Beamery, HireVue, and business intelligence tools
- Data & Reporting Skills - Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges collaboratively
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Ability to inspire teams, set direction, delegate effectively, and influence stakeholders
- Cultural Adaptability & Communication - Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural mindset, clear and diplomatic communication in dynamic environments
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a huge plus
