Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

Nisum is seeking a highly skilled and strategic talent acquisition manager to lead the recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing innovative hiring strategies, and driving end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Hiring Strategies: Develop and implement creative hiring solutions, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing to attract top IT talent.
  • Recruitment Cycle: Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly management information reporting requests.
  • ATS Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently, alongside manual data tracking, to ensure streamlined hiring operations.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest technologies, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics to refine hiring strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Successful track record in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Ability to adapt and build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manual data handling.
  • Ability to create and execute innovative and out-of-the-box hiring strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Expertise in hiring for cutting-edge technologies (ADM, DevOps, Full-stack Development, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines with quick turnaround results.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive hiring practices within the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
