About the Job
Global Talent Acquisition Process Lead is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to optimize talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. This role oversees the design, optimization, and management of specific processes involved in talent acquisition, focusing on agility, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Process Optimization - Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end global TA processes
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution - Improve sourcing, interviewing, selection, and retention processes while identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows
- Technology & Automation - Integrate and enhance ATS, CRM, and other TA/TM technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and user experience
- Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure adherence to global and local regulatory requirements while staying updated on industry trends and innovations
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Collaborate with People Analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyze insights, and drive process improvements
- Training & Capability Building - Develop training programs, implement change management strategies, and enhance stakeholder communication
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to align TA processes with organizational goals and workforce needs
- Project Management - Lead initiatives related to TA/TM process improvements, employee development, and operational enhancements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent operations or process optimization
- Experience with the Talent Acquisition function in a large or complex organizational setting
- Experience with advanced HR analytics and talent metrics
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and Talent Management best practices
- Proficiency in process mapping tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong affinity with IT environments and talent technologies
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives efficiently and drive results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at various levels in a clear and diplomatic manner
- Problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying and resolving challenges in a collaborative way
- Adaptability to multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environments, effectively connecting with diverse partners
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a huge plus
