Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering critical hiring demands to support our business growth plans.

The successful candidate will help identify and strategize the recruiting team's short-term and long-term hiring needs, building effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies for volume hiring as well as niche positions.

In this role, you will source and screen candidates based on the required skills for the job, supporting the execution of recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.

You will maintain key information as required and manage all aspects of candidate administration, including maintaining and updating applicant records, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner, planning and coordinating events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates.

You will review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree is minimum

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in human resources
