We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment professional with expertise in US talent acquisition to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients and candidates to identify and place top technical talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify potential IT talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.

Client Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and screenings.

Negotiation and Offer Process:

  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience during onboarding.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–2 years as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
  • Certifications such as CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) or CRS (Certified Recruitment Specialist) are a plus.
