Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, selection, and onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Strategize to attract and engage top talent across different functions, industries, and regions. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.
  • Recruitment Tools and Systems: Learn and utilize CEIPAL (Applicant Tracking System) and other sourcing tools to enhance recruitment efficiency. Maintain and update candidate records systematically within the ATS and recruitment databases.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support the execution of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment activities. Assist in gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
  • Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
