
Strategic Partnership Manager

A highly motivated and results-driven professional is sought to oversee key relationships with financial institutions, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet annual sales targets for credit life sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks and consumer finance institutions.
- Develop and implement training programs for clients' staff.
- Enhance value penetration and wallet share in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner teams on issuance and service coordination.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Sales Director. Supervises a team of sales professionals.
Job Dimensions:
Geographic area covered: Branches/Cluster. Internal stakeholders include Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Customer Services, and others. External stakeholders include Credit Life Partners (banks/NBFCs).
Key Result Areas:
- Sales: Coordinate credit life sales activities, provide technical support, and execute sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with senior management and sales teams.
- Ensure Compliance: Participate in risk mitigation plans and highlight process gaps.
- MIS: Oversee timely production and submission of sales statistics, reports, and projections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Product knowledge, process knowledge, and ability to generate solutions.
- Behavioral skills: Interpersonal skills, communication skills, creative thinking skills, supervising/leadership skills, teamwork skills, influencing skills, relationship building skills, decision-making skills, language skills (English and local language).
Incumbent Characteristics:
- Essential: Graduate, postgraduate degree, 1-3 years of experience in sales (insurance/financial services background), below or 30 years of age.
