
Global Partnership Manager

About the Business Development Role
The ideal candidate will spearhead our partnerships and reseller initiatives by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing companies or individuals who can resell our services to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners, agencies, and businesses that can act as resellers for our services.
- Develop a structured partnership and reseller program to maximize reach and revenue.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and revenue-sharing models.
- Enable and support partners with sales collaterals, training, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
- Track and report on partnership performance, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Reseller Development is required.
- A strong network within industries like fintech, IT services, consulting, etc. is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach are vital.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnership pipelines simultaneously is key.
