Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive – Google Search (SEM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads Search campaigns and driving ROAS-positive performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Search campaigns for multiple clients or internal projects
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and optimize landing page relevance
  • Manage budgets and daily spends while meeting performance targets (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
  • Run A/B tests across ad copies, extensions, and bidding strategies
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to internal teams or clients
  • Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, policy updates, and new features
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running Google Search Ads campaigns
  • Solid understanding of keyword match types, ad rank, quality score, and bidding strategies
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic Excel/reporting
  • Experience with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM parameters)
  • Strong copywriting sense and ability to test ad variations for CTR and CVR improvements
  • Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
