Job Title: Application Manager

The Application Manager will play a key role in growing our business by identifying new opportunities, providing product solutions, and optimizing processes to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing our share in assigned segments through conversion and penetration
  • Initiating growth initiatives and application support for the segment
  • Driving sales growth in key accounts through POS and CPP initiatives
  • Conducting training sessions for sales engineers
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities in existing customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in cutting tool sales, application function, or process engineering
  • Sound knowledge of machining fundamentals and process design
  • Good communication skills with a strong command of English
