Key Success Factors for the Role of Relationship Manager
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with banking institutions to drive the distribution of our insurance products.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Development: Build and sustain long-term relationships with bank partners by understanding their needs and aligning our insurance solutions to meet those requirements.
Service Quality: Ensure high-quality service delivery resulting in customer satisfaction and efficient resource utilization for maximum service excellence.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and needs through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Activation: Activate bank staff on health insurance and other GI products, promoting a seamless sales experience.
Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by promoting Tata AIGs insurance products through banking channels, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to bank staff on our products and sales processes, empowering them to sell insurance effectively.
Market Insights: Gather and analyze market intelligence and feedback from banking partners to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
