We are seeking a dedicated and driven business development professional with strong expertise in lead generation and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately track and update lead activity in CRM tools on a regular basis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target industries, and competitor strategies within the US market.
  • Promptly follow up with prospects to progress leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment sector.
  • A deep understanding of staffing services and client acquisition strategies within the US market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of dedication, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
  • A goal-oriented, self-motivated, and independent work style.
