Business growth and development are key drivers of success in today's fast-paced market. At WebGenius IT Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive our business forward.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or a related field, with strong proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients across various platforms, especially Upwork
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to fit their business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve set sales targets
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and improve accordingly
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis, as well as time management and multitasking skills, are also essential.
