Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate
As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships. The position requires an individual contributor who can build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients are using and deriving benefits from our platform.
- The associate will also ensure products/services in the client's e-catalogue are accurately defined, and work towards maximizing revenue by upselling other services and achieving monthly client retention and revenue targets.
- An essential part of this role is systematic follow-up and time-bound closures, as well as prompt resolution of complaints.
- Daily 4-5 in-person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite are required to foster strong relationships.
- Sales Techniques: Apply effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Active Listening: Understand the business contexts of clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Communication: Possess good verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Independence: Demonstrate ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
