Sales Development Manager

At Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Private Limited, we are seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the corporate and logistics segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals.
- Account Management: Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Skills Development: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Direct Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the telematics and IoT industries, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
