About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Institutional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- □ Execute trades for clients in equity, derivatives, and currency markets.
- □ Activate new clients and generate revenue.
- □ Utilize front-end software (ODIN/Bloomberg, Algos) and backend systems (STP and Speed) for accurate trade execution.
- □ Provide periodic updates on research inputs to customers.
- □ Monitor client positions and update them regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- □ Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- □ Certification in NISM/NCFM is preferred.
- □ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- □ Familiarity with algorithmic trading platforms and backend software systems.
- □ Able to monitor client positions and provide regular updates.
