About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Education Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key player in our School Partnerships and Business Development department, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.

This role requires a highly networked individual with 5–8 years of experience in managing school partnerships and client relationships. Your existing connections will be leveraged to onboard institutions into our education initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding and driving repeat participation.

As an Education Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging existing school connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with school stakeholders
  • Ensuring end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, registration, and implementation
