Job Opportunity:
School Franchise Business DevelopmentThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a School Franchise Sales professional. You will be responsible for business expansion and franchise development of schools.
- Identify potential business partners for the expansion of Pre-Schools.
- Conduct city profiling for opening up new Kidzee Pre-Schools.
- Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
- Present to potential business partners.
- Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as business partners.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for acquisition.
- Manage revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launching of products in regions.
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for business partners and coordinate with them for smooth functioning of franchise academic centers.
- Build brands in target markets and inspect centers.
- Ensure academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
- Maintain market intelligence within the industry.
The ideal candidate should have postgraduate qualifications in management or equivalent experience. They must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong networking and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:- Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience range of 5-7 years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel.
