This role will expand our franchise network by identifying, pitching, and onboarding partners.

This position requires strategic thinking, excellent sales skills, and strong relationship-building abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Franchise Network Expansion:
    • Identify and approach potential franchise partners
    • Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements
  • Pitching and Sales:
    • Develop customized pitches to secure franchise deals
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to address inquiries
  • Onboarding and Integration:
    • Act as the SPOC for new franchise partners during onboarding
    • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transition
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify franchise opportunities
    • Builid a pipeline of prospective franchise partners
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners
    • Represent our brand values and business ethics
  • Reporting and Strategy:
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise progress
    • Contribute to strategy development based on market feedback
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Understanding of franchise model and motivation of a potential franchisee
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
About You
  • 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector
  • Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities
  • Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
